DUMBO/Brooklyn Heights/Downtown 30-Min ONLINE Volunteer Kickoff!
Hi Kennedy Supporters and Volunteers in DUMBO/Brooklyn Heights/Downtown,
Come join us for a brief online meet and greet!
We, your Brooklyn Volunteer Coordinators, would like to build a volunteer team in your neighborhood area and get your input on how we plan to gather petition signatures from Brooklyn voters between April 16 and May 30 to get Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on the ballot for U.S. President!
We have different types of volunteer roles and opportunities to fit everyone -- if you can volunteer as a petitioner and collect 5 to 10 signatures, it all moves us toward the New York State goal of 45,000 valid ballot petition signatures! 1000 volunteers collecting just 5 signatures each is 5,000 signatures!
We will be offering in-person and online training sessions in advance of April 16. For those of you who choose to collect signatures outside of family and friends, events will be posted to gather with others in your neighborhood -- our aim is to make this fun and easy! Of course, you are welcome to petition on your own as well.
Even if you cannot attend this event or if you live in a different neighborhood, we would appreciate your emailing us at Brooklyn4Kennedy with your name, neighborhood, when generally you are available either online or in person, and anything else you want us to know about your interest in volunteering.
