Cherry Blossom Festival 2024

Come circulate, or sign, the CT ballot access petition at the historic Wooster Square Cherry Blossom Festival! Celebrated each spring since 1973, when 72 Yoshino Japanese Cherry Blossom Trees were planted in a collaborative effort between the city of New Haven and Wooster Square neighborhood residents, the festival combines traditional Japanese nature observation and a powerful community-building event. Enjoy live music, games for children, and trucks with street food.
